The Digital Action Day 2014 was organized by the European Commission Vice President Neelie Kroes in the context of the Digital Agenda for Europe. The audience (approx. 700-800 delegates) was comprised of policy makers, industry leaders, start-ups, NGOs, national governments, other EU Institutions. Mr. Rifkin provided the keynote address before a presentation by Vice President of the European Commission, Neelie Kroes.
