Beijing, 25 March 2016 Dr. Wang Yi, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, presented Mr. Rifkin with a Certificate of Appointment, certifying that Mr. Rifkin has been appointed as a member of the International Advisory Board of the Institutes of Science and Development at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
